Each night, Chamberlight reads the meeting papers published by Greater Sydney’s councils and the Sydney district planning panels. You tell us the issue you follow. When an agenda, report or set of minutes deals with it, you get an email the next morning with the council, the meeting, the exact words from the paper and a link to the page they’re on.     One issue per subscription. These are ready now:

    Need a different issue? Email us and we’ll tell you whether the papers cover it well enough to be worth tracking.

  2. We read the night’s papers

    Each night we collect the agendas, business papers and minutes that Greater Sydney councils and the Sydney district planning panels have put on their public websites, and go through every item looking for your issue.

  3. You get the items, with the source

    Each item comes with the council or panel, the meeting date, the item title, the exact quote and a link to the page in the PDF. We check every quote word for word against the paper before it goes out.

Before you sign up

What do you cover?
The councils of Greater Sydney and the Sydney district planning panels. We read the agendas, business papers and minutes they put on their public websites, as published. If a document isn’t published, we can’t see it. If it’s a scanned image with no text in it, we may miss what it says.
Do you log in to anything?
No. We only read documents anyone can open without an account. We don’t use logins, get around paywalls or ask councils for anything that isn’t already public.
How soon will I hear about an item?
We read papers the night after they appear on a council or panel website, and alerts go out the next morning.
Is this advice?
No. We show you what the papers say and where to find it. Read the full item before you act on it.
Can I stop the monthly alerts?
Yes. It’s month to month. Email support@keenshift.ai before your next payment date and we won’t charge you again.
What happens to my details?
We keep your name, email address, organisation and issue so we can send your alerts and receipts. Stripe handles payments, so we never see your card number. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising, and this site has no cookies and no tracking. The privacy page has the details.
